Shani Moslehi

Founder & President

Shani Moslehi is a determined and passionate businesswoman, and often takes on extra burdens to help those around her succeed. She is known for her ability to connect with others in a meaningful way and has used this skill to teach networking for many years. Her goal with founding OCIACC is to help bring the business community together and help small business owners understand the value of face to face negotiation and building lasting relationships. Besides owning her own business, she has many years of experience in customer service and sales, having worked for several Fortune 500 companies. Shani is a dedicated volunteer, and has worked extensively with the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce, the American Cancer Society, and Habitat for Humanity. Shani has been the recipient of many business awards for the areas of leadership, mentoring, networking, and service to the community. She is also an alumni of Leadership Tomorrow, a premier course focused on developing the leaders of the future.

Ali Bavafa

Ali Bavafa is a licensed mortgage and real estate broker representing sellers and buyers in residential and commercial lending and real estate since 2000. His expertise in real estate and mortgage loans has been drawing potential prospects worldwide.
He is part of Coldwell Banker Real Estate International. Ali’s passion is in protecting the environment and he has been donating his time as a volunteer guide to the Irvine Ranch Conservancy. As a seasoned professional, he appreciates OCIACC’s mission in connecting, networking, supporting, and collaborating with the business community of Orange County.

Sam Fekrirad

Sam Fekrirad is a business and marketing analyst for Albertson’s and has more than 12 years of experience in category and contracts management in different industries, including: retail, insurance, and upstream/downstream oil and gas. Sam also actively helps his wife, Sima Mozaffari, who owns a State Farm insurance agency in Mission Viejo, by providing assistance with marketing and planning. Sam received his MA degree in international law from Tehran University with a BA in public law and English literature. He lives by the proverb, “Those who say it can’t be done are interrupted by others doing it.”

Samar Tehrani

Samar Tehrani is the founder of Helix Counseling and Coaching Services. Samar is an Addictionologist currently in private practice in Irvine, CA. She received her MA in Educational Psychology from the University of Colorado and continued her education in a post-master’s program in Substance Use Disorder Counseling. Her career extends over 20 years of experience in the field of human services and teaching. She has worked both nationally and internationally in the field of addiction. Her motto: “‘Education equals awareness’ Plant the seed. It may give you fruit in a year – it may give you fruit in 10 years – inevitably, you will get fruit. My work is to plant the seed. Once you have awareness, you can’t go back.” Samar joined OCIACC in 2017 and currently serves as corporate secretary, where she is dedicated to educating small business owners about the benefits of belonging to a chamber of commerce.

Behrouz (Bruce) Rajaee

Behrouz specializes in Investment Real Estate representing private and institutional clients and has been associated with Marcus & Millichap, a national investment real estate firm, since 1989. He represents a variety of client types including developers, individuals, partnerships, syndicators, corporations, financial institutions, and domestic and international investors.

Faranak Shiravi

Faranak has been the lead project manager for multi-million dollar, multi-phased projects at Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. for 19 years. She is currently the Senior Project Manager with Loan Depot. Faranak’s passion is to help others through volunteering her time and using her resources. She is very active and involved in plenty of community service through different organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Orangewood Foundation and South County Outreach. The span of her services include helping local foster youth prepare for adulthood and life beyond foster care, building and repairing homes for elderly and needy families helping preserve the environment by planting trees and installing bird nests and canopies and help rebuild trails and steps.

Michael Kazemi Esq.

Mr. Kazemi’s  area of expertise lies in immigration and family law matters.  He has extensive experience in obtaining complex Investor and employment-based visas, including E-2, EB-5, H1-B and PERM/Labor Certification. He is also engaged in family unification cases encompassing child custody and child abduction cases within the framework of international laws. As a lawyer, teacher, and activist, Mr. Kazemi has been involved in many progressive causes and has authored and published numerous articles on issues ranging from US constitutional Laws to social, political and cultural points of interests.

Sara Vaziri

Sara is the founder and CEO of Franchise Elites; a franchise consulting company which helps individuals enter the world of entrepreneurship through franchising. She has MBA and has been in consulting for more than 15 years. During her work life she has helped an Engineering Consulting company grow from a 10 person company to become one of the best companies in its field of work with more than 150 employees.
Sara has great passion to empower individuals to start their own businesses and help them in facing the challenges they encounter in their businesses. Sara has joined OCIACC and has devoted her time and resources because she believes in the quote: “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” Sara believes that the best charity concept is to teach people skills and empower them so that they can make their own living. She hopes that OCIACC becomes a perfect platform to provide such a help to the people in the community.

Shaahin (Sean) Espahbodi

Shaahin is the head of a professional design team and is an expert in high-end custom designed houses, multiple unit residential projects, resorts, contemporary tenant improvement, and commercial interiors such as medical offices, restaurants, and food establishments.

Shaahin received his Ph.D. in Urban Spaces, Geo-Dynamics from University’ de Nice, his post-master diploma from Universite’ Paris-Sorbonne, his M.A. from Institute of Art & architecture in Paris-Sorbonne and his B.A.in Architecture from the University of Art, Tehran.

Sheila Sharifi

Sheila – a former Silicon Valley Engineer and Manager – has been serving Capistrano Unified School District Foundation as Foundation manager since 2007, supporting fifty-five K-12 schools, and over 50,000 students in the district. The Foundation raises money from the OC community and provides grants directly to teachers and principals to supplement, and enrich the educational experience of the students in the district. Her commitment to education continues by being an active volunteer at her daughters’ school and serving as a board member on the Dana Hills High School Dolphin Force Foundation.
Sheila’s desire to help connect parents who are new to United States with educational and community resources has led to her participation and encouragement towards the formation of OCIACC from its inception. Sheila’s many years as CUSD foundation manager brings a wealth of knowledge to the new organization. She graduated from Sacred Hearts High School in Newton, MA and earned a BS and MS (with honors) in Electrical Engineering from Boston University. Sheila worked as an Engineer and Manager for GTE, Apple Computer and HP for total of 15 years.

Sussan Saghei

Sussan is the co-owner of Rug Firm; a family owned and operated business for two generations. Rug Firm buys and sells rugs, provides certified appraiser as well as professional wash and repair services.
She has a B.S. in Radiology from Ecole National de Chimie, Paris-France. She has worked as an MRI technician for 20 years and only retired to care for her elderly parents. Sussan was a volunteer ESL teacher for older adults at Aging Services in Salt Lake City, ESL instructor at Horizonte Technical School as well as private ESL teacher in Utah. She is an active volunteer at Sea Country Community Center helping seniors of our community. She also continues to dedicate much of her time teaching ESL.


Maziar Zamani


Maziar Zamani has earned his BS and his MBA in the field of IT management. Before coming to California Maziar had worked for over 20 years in the private sector. He is fluent in English, Farsi, and German. Maziar joined OCIACC in November 2015 to meet new people and learn about new business opportunities. In 2017 he started his own company, KAMPP Technology & Marketing. Maziar continues to support OCIACC as an ambassador and continues to pursue a passion to help new businesses start and grow.
